Orange County’s culinary force Chef Ryan Adams has been wowing crowds for years with his innovative approach to infusing his Southern California roots into his menus.

Adams, who founded the acclaimed Three Seventy Common in Laguna Beach, recently turned his attention to the launch of two new intriguing restaurant concepts – Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Parallel Pizzeria.

Located in Old Towne Orange, Buttermilk Fried Chicken is a fast casual, takeout restaurant that evolved from Three Seventy Common patrons’ love and demand for Adams’ famed Sunday night fried chicken suppers. Buttermilk Fried Chicken, which debuted June 2018, is already so popular guests are lining up early to get their hands on his delectable fried chicken.

Parallel Pizzeria opened in May 2018 in Dana Point and is the collaborative brainchild of Adams and former musician turned chef James Nunn. The idea for Parallel Pizzeria spun from the intersection of East Coast flavor and West Coast lifestyle. Parallel Pizzeria’s oblong, New Haven, Connecticut-inspired pies are thin-crusted and crispy with a satisfying crunch and topped with SoCal’s best-of-the-moment procured ingredients.

MCPR has been working with Adams since the 2011 successful opening of Three Seventy Common. The team continues its partnership with the chef to elevate the presence of Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Parallel Pizzeria including the launch of both concepts and a continued push for brand awareness through innovative media relations and coverage in local, regional and select national culinary outlets.
